Hi. Here I am. My name's Chris and I'm the owner and webmaster of GTAdate. I work freelance in the Toronto Film Industry and along the side I run this website. I had the idea for this site after cruising a number of personal webistes and laying out a ton of my own money. After spending upwards of $500+ it dawned on me to take my internet experience and start my own dating website. I saw how fast you can burn money trying to find something that may never pan out. So... why not make

a website that is completely free for the surfer! A site that makes it's money off of advertising?! And that is what spawned the idea of GTAdate. I figured I'd start small and local and let things grow from there. Today's date is February 06, 2008. Whether or not this works... well we'll just have to see now won't we.
